Easiest thing is to remove the original bearings, clean them up a bit (petrol and an old toothbrush will do for that) and take them to a local bearing supplier (look on line or in Thompson or yellow pages) and they'll be able to match them.

I'd get oem bearings and not muck around.

I must agree with Jon on this. They should not be too expensive and you will know that you are fitting the right parts.
And sorry; air cooled motors for me, no idea on the rad repair.

Without the original head bearings to hand you don't have much choice. Call a Kawasaki dealer for a price and maybe see what Wemoto can supply as well.

What's up with the radiator, is it damaged and leaking or just tatty? If the fins are all bent you can spend some time straightening them with tweezers or a very small screwdriver (it does take a while!) Leaks can be repaired with Araldite - I found this out in Spain two weeks ago following an unfortunate interface between my bike and a large rock that resulted in a damaged radiator :'( (I'll post up photos when I get the time) - I removed the rad, gave it a good clean and applied plenty of araldite and it didn't leak another drop for the next two days' riding, total cost 3.20€ and a couple of hours of my time
In the past I've used Serck Marston for patching up car radiators and they've been good.
