I had more or less the same happen to me this afternoon with a slight difference in that I came around a left hand bend more or less on the white line to have a deer run past me in the other lane overtaking a parked car. Could only happen on the forest???

First time ive seen this, the vehicle overtaking the cyclists was so in the wrong, trying to go by on a blind left hand bend is crazy, if the guy was on anything other than a bike there would have been a serious collision. The best position to be in,( stop the vid at 9 secs) when going into a right hand bend will be to the left side of the road, giving you the maximum field of vision around the corner.

We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”
