Not sure if this is in the right place but just wondered are bike numbers ever limited on the WB ride-outs? I see some are quite popular and wondered if a maximum number is ever set?

we don't tend to limit them - the more the merrieras long as everyone sticks to the marker system and follows the ride-out rules (sticky thread in the 'meets and ride-outs section' there should be no issues with large numbers

The hardest part with big numbers is trying to ensure everyone is paying attention when you do a pre-ride briefing! ;D ;D

The Wiltshire Biker Rideouts always seem very well organised and hugely popular so that tells me that your system works exceptionally well.
Added to that you have a good core membership of experienced riders that know each other.
