I saw the A350 was closed on Saturday afternoon and assumed it was another bomb scare at Upton Scudamore or something, but heard on the radio this morning something about a motorbike from Hilperton hitting a parked car along that stretch of the A350?

Was is a biker from WB?

GWS whoever it was, hope youre ok.

You'll find that bikers are more quick to post up accidents and wish the rider GWS etc - if car accidents were posted on car forums they'd be posted every 5 mins and it'd put anyone off driving a car.

I know how you feel tho - I've had a few close friends (including a couple on here) have bad accidents that make you question why you ride, but as long as you lower your own risk (ride safely, take extra training, wear the right protective gear) then the risk is outweighed by the overall experience of riding

We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box.”
