    Didn't always agree with his opinions, but at least he knew his stuff - i'd expect an interesting obituary in MCN.

    Sad to hear, not good to lose a very capable and knowledgeable journalist, his writings were far more readable than most of the drivel in MCN.

    What terrible news. I also didn't always agree with him but he sparked debate with one column and answered tech with the other. A loss to our community and thoughts go out to his family.
