As the piece says the legislation has been in place for some time; just not enforced. I'm off to france in July what a pain, more stickers required.
Orange ones are faster, but red ones are more comfortable!

Hi Marmalade: Thank you, I already have some refelctive tape and will use that, but I have passed your details on to the others (5 or 6 of us travelling) and they will be placing an order with you.

Does this mean you cant ride in France if you have a polycarbonate helmet/one which you cant put stickers on?

    Nick,

the picture of them doesn't look reflective (I'm after some for France in May) can you confirm these are definitely reflective?

    Yes.

It is made with Nikkalite retro-reflective sheeting.

More info here if you would like to take a look. http://www.nikkalite.com/Type-1-engi...ing-grade.html
