And lo, the intrepid WBs ventured forth into Norfolk to try out the new Snetterton 300 layout...

Scotty and Star got there first and bagged garages 11 & 12 for the WB posse, defending it against all potential intruders...

The garage gradually fills up. Note the guys unloading the trailer in the background - they resolutely refused to occupy garage 13, staying firmly on the other side of the invisible dividing line..

Curry time in the Rose of India - a most excellent time was had by all (who'd arrived by then)

Wednesday at 06.30, a misty start, with the promise of warmth later...

Noise testing starts at 08.00... None of us failed...

Novice group getting ready for the first session, nervous laughter fills the pit...

Gerry, Star and Flick in pitlane

    As are Don and Ade

    And Mikkie...

    Oh so casual between sessions

It's easiest to bring your own chairs for the Hog Roast (that had a whole pig, fancy that... )

In the circuit bar after the Hog Roast, it's 20.15, dark outside, and we're all knackered!

    Thursday dawns bright...

Thanks! I enjoyed that Star generously lends Scotty her R6 after his bike suffers mechanical calamities :'(

Despite his best teapot impression, Ade can't catch Lucinda's eye, she prefers MCN... ;D ;D ;D

Wiltshire Biker Girls "pretty much live on track, babe..."

Sam gets his "race face" on...

Mikkie and Don return from another Inters session - well done on your promotions lads ... And if you thought Basil got excited... : : :

Sunset on the M25, what a couple of cracking days they were too, a truly great bunch of friends, unbelievable weather, a fantastic new track...

And to think it was almost cancelled....

Great comments and pictures ... I literally laughed out loud at the comments and expressions....

This is a brilliant way of getting the other members to see the enjoyment and laughs we had. Cant wait for the next venture... and the next filmstrip minutes,,,,

Cheers Simon No change with the knee yet, hopefully surgery will sort it out before too long, a necessary evil I'm afraid, but it won't improve any further until then. Thanks for asking
The R6 was great fun once I got the hang of it (where's the power?), though it's crying out for rearsets, my toe sliders took a hell of a battering on it ;D ;D ;D Top little bike though 8-)
