    Re: INSURANCE ALERT!!!!!

Because TPF&T has always meant and still does if the whole vehicle is destroyed (written off) because of a fire, not just a part of it.

Hm, I need new brake pads... where'd I put those matches :)...

Re: the best bike you have ever owned

Mines my current K1300S... best by a mile. Fast, powerful, quick, great handling with and without luggage and comfortable... what more could you want? :)

    Re: Rozzers got Roxy!

    Re: Kawasaki down!!!

Sorry to read this Basil... I wonder if that's a pipe that's supposed to be fitted/checked on the PDI because if so no wonder it went wrong. In my own personal experiences GW's are useless at PDI's....

    Re: Another Biker Down

Too many accidents to be accidents in my opinion. I'm afraid as society becomes more and more self centered where everyone's just out for themselves, stuff everyone else we're going to see more and...

    Re: Driver Blamed 100%...woohoo!

Nice result JD but also a fair one. The best result of course would have been to not have the accident in the first place. No amount of compensation can undo that but in the circumstances you...

Anyone know where the official entrance to Longleat House is? Is it off the road just off the A362 or from the village of Horningsham? I know it's signposted, but like to be prepared :)

    Re: Heated glove recommendations

    Hi Lisa,

The optimate lead is simply a direct connection to the battery and depending on which lead they fitted may already be fused. Providing it's a genuine Optimate lead it will handle the 1.2...

  15. Re: Where do you go when you don't know where to go?

Yep, just get on and ride and see where we go... could be absolutely anywhere. Definitely turning down all those roads you go past so often thinking "wonder where that goes?"... then when I'm totally...

    Re: ZZR600 written off

Not that I know of Paul, in fact I think that describes very well the bike that Paul (Bikermouse' husband) bought earlier this year. If you bought from a BMW dealer if there was anything that needed...

    :D[/quote]

I've done sports bikes, I've even done cruisers and I've done tourers... ST1300, FJR and yep, even an 1800 Goldwing. For me, the K1200S and now the K1300S...

    Re: ZZR600 written off

Yep K1200S/K1300S are really really bad bikes for really really old people. 0 to 60 takes about 13 seconds and they're very slow. Also they only have about 10bhp. The brakes are total rubbish and the...
