I can trump that...a pint of lager in Singapore airport £10!
I say ditch the textile (and the cost of cleaning products) and buy leather and a sponge...much easier
If you have an Android phone there is CoPilot. It costs about £15 but the advantage over google maps is that the maps are downloaded to your SD card so not reliant on a data connection. I've used it...
Good to meet up as well mate. It was a great 'feel good' day.Loved the reaction from the residents and the local kids when we all turned up...priceless. Perhaps catch up on another ride sometime.
My advice would be to buy a decent pressure gauge and a bicycle track pump and check/inflate them at home. The best and most accurate way to inflate your tyres.
If you get the chance, and I know it's in the south but can be on the way to mid Wales, the road from Chepstow to Monmouth is one not to be missed
Just looked up his web site http://www.ablemotorcycletraining.co.uk
I'd give Mark Able (Trowbridge) a shout. If you don't already know he runs a training school. He might have a suitable bike and if not probably has the contacts to help.
If I was to keep the money I'd only blow it on booze and 'loose' women! Come to think about it...........
On a serious note I'd rather see the winnings recycled to keeping WB going. The message...
Chuck it back into group funds thanks
I fitted one to my CBF. It doesn't remove the need for periodic chain cleaning and manual oiling but it certainly reduces the frequency it is required.
I've got a Xena alarmed disc lock for my bike but I completely agree that it won't stop a pick up and drive away theft. I work on the assumption that if there are two bikes next too each other and...
Saw today you can buy a hardback copy of '...when you're dead you're dead' for £10 in Tesco
On my CBF I suffer from what I can gather is a common problem. The front screen deflects the air up around my neck and directly up and under my helmet. Whilst not a problem for short bimbles, longer...
I use my smart phone with CoPilot pro installed. The software costs about £20 and you get free map updates. If I remember you can load a couple of regions (UK, Europe) at a time. The maps are stored...
As green as ever, please recycle the winnings.
Only just seen this. Unless it is a life changing amount I think I could live with putting it towards the running of WB
Read some articles and watched a bit of YouTube on the subject and thought I'd give it a try yesterday. Once I got the hang of it it seemed to be very smooth when changing up. Question is would...
Got out today for a bit and decided to wear the new Shark Raw helmet for the first time. Was worried it might have been a little cold for an open face but I was very pleasantly surprised. The goggles...
Horses for courses I guess. Yes, if i'm out to tear down the road then I want the protection of a full face. However, there are days when I fancy a bit of a bimble. On such days an open face, letting...
I took the plunge and bought one of these (the soyouz paint job in mat black and grey). Can't believe how light it is in comparison to my Caberg. Added advantage, it looks pretty cool on
I concede not all noggins are created are equal and the kite mark indicates adherence to safety standards. However, this helmet has integral goggles to which a face mask is attached. I guess I should...
Please stick me down for #21. Monies (£12) transferred
Thanks
Looking for an open face helmet for the hotter summer months and came across this one advertised and liked the look. Was wondering if anyone owned one or has tried one out and could give an opinion...
Top Sellerie in paris...
