Ken, all I know is my CT hasn't changed for two years and my Direct Debit payment goes to Wiltshire Council. From then of course it gets distributed to the various parties etc etc. Now get back to...

The Council Tax has been frozen for several years now. Expect the same next year. Wiltshire Council collects not the town or parish councils.
