Done. Good luck!
Today I spent an excellent day with the guys from iwanttowheelie.co.uk at finmere Aerodrome near brackley. ( or wee wee school as my other half refers to it! ) Went from never having purposefully...
Nice one. Used to live between witney and carterton. Some fine roads round those parts. The back road from witney to abingdon was always fast and furious. Of course you're close to Cassie too for the...
I watched your video, then watched 3 others recommended by YouTube which were all about the automatic can chain tensioner being faulty. The sounds all were very much like yours....
Why not save the 300 quid and borrow one off some kind person. That way you can try the camera out in advance as well? If you already have a DSLR, is a compact a wise investment?
Well done, and good luck!
+1
@Wes i don't reckon you could ever set up a divvy so badly that you'd be pushed forward, even with collapsed forks! It's the most sit up and beg bike I've ever been on. :-)
@Florentine I don't...
You're being a big wuss and clinging on for dear life! ;-) you could try adjusting your brake and clutch levers round the bars slightly to be in line with your forearms so you're not riding with bent...
Its getting better. Seems they brought in Steve Parrish to add some personality to the Sykes / Toseland combo. The old boys doing the race commentary don't seem to drag themselves out of the 80's....
Thanks for the help Swanny, as you can see I managed to get it sorted, well mostly anyway! It wasn't complicated, but i was definitely learning quickly as I went along, for example, when doing a...
Thanks Conehead.
OK, I needed to deal with this so I approached it in the Dutch fashion. Finger in the dyke and all that. Drained as best I could the messy way. Got Rach to stick her thumb over...
I think you'll find that's spelt 'oop North'
Bloody southerners.
My first bike was a 97 divvy. It was a great bike for a first one as I could get used to the handling and weight of a big bike without the 'pride and joy' factor. Yes, I dropped it in car parks, yes...
Hi Guys, is anyone on here a plumber / heating engineer? I'm after some advice...
We had three radiators drained and removed so we could get our hallway and living room plastered. Plasterer has...
Cue pro's and con's of guy martin 'discussion' :-)

Good progress so far. Pics... it's time consuming!428
Posting here to avoid hijacking the S1000 test ride thread..
@burbler. That Facebook post was dated 2011 :-) it was announced that it would be cancelled this year, but latest news I've seen is...
Nice write up! Was 20 seconds in and thought 'I recognise that village'. Used to live round those parts. Some great roads just east of oxford around bladon and witney, brize Norton, abingdon. 4...
Thanks guys. I'm not looking for it to be perfect, after all this is a track bike and I've already slid it down the road so I'm going to limit the amount of effort I put in and use it to learn. If it...
So following my off at oulton last year I've finally got round to doing something about the cosmetic damage to the track fairings. Filled in all the missing chunks, fibreglassed the more serious...
I'll be the first to mention AV8...
Lol, and therein lies the problem with reading this on my phone where I can't see pictures! Apologies Wiltshire Builders, I assumed you were on your bike and that some guy in a van and trailer...
