Agreed with Hizzy. A balanced diet is the key. Equally balanced excercise. Weights will make you big, but not fit. You have to do the stamina and cardio work as well.
I tend to eat most things.......
As WBuilders says, food is best. Tastes better too.....
With I could run again.... really enjoyed it... :(
