There shouldn't be a hose from the carb to the crankcase /gearbox breather, they should both vent onto the floor basically.......I've never heard of a jetting problem letting it run well for x amount...

It might be worth going and having a chat with richard at the h cafe near oxford,he's been running the cafe for 2/3 years now and might be able to help with ideas/pitfalls for cafe ownership.......
im just up the road from him !
i'm on evenings this week,i go to work at 1 pm,if you want to pop over to stratton st margret, i could have a look quickly and you can collect those jets
i think you have more issues than just the carb, find someone with a compression tester to start with.....
A bigger carb wont make the bike more predictable in traffic, bigger carbs are for more top end with the sacrifice of bottom end torque......
Where was the clip to start with?, where did you raise it too?, when you say high revs...what is it?, what throttle position ?
but it gives you a good base setting for the needle and mains, the needle will clean the midrange up

Just had a look......got 155, 132 and a 130 yours if you want them....
I've mucked about with vhsb's before and you can adjust the needles......I ll have a dig in my tin of jets and see what I've got.155 is the stock jet for a full power mito/supercity with the 34mm
Sounds to me like the needles too rich, drop the needle one slot and see if it improves, will it clean up on WOT ?(wide open throttle),I like playing with 2 strokes.....eurocarb in reading are very...
Im doing my best to keep them going, I've got 4 at the mo, but allways looking for more ;D
You could try my workmate, she does balloon decorations and more, I've no idea if she 'll be available though
www.balloonsbyme.co.uk is her website, give her a bell
yes, they make quite a bit of difference, especially if your bike is over 3 years old
If you can get over to swindon,i can remove it ;D
Its bloody disgusting, just a sneaky way of legislating us off the road,if they banned us all together there would be uproar, but if they cut off the supply of young motorcyclists,so the numbers get...
Im a rather big fan of strokers myself, more liquud cooled than air,but their all winners in my book, might get one of the tdr's out at easter,or maybe even the mito350 or the kr1s....

the road to the ace isnt that bad, theirs some quite reasonable back roads,i quite enjoy the route through henley/marlow...
