Very unlikely that I'd buy something like that - with no ignition switch (unless they came like that, many pukka dirt bikes don't have key ignition) and no docs it may not have any engine or chassis...

To be honest you'll be lucky to find anything worth having or in a fit state to repair for £500. Some reasonable bikes can be found if you shop around but eBay can be a minefield...
