Lol... I take it Mrs Mitch9128 doesn't use this forum 😉
Start with the obvious first...check your battery terminals are done up nice and tight... I recently watched a vlogger on youtube that had a very similar problem.. he checked pretty much every switch...
I agree Mitch. the bridgestone front I just took off the front of mine scared me to death and gave me no confidence in the corners... I cut a section of it after it was removed and the profile looked...
Another one..
Poorly maintained/wet & slippy Manhole covers on bends...and they always seem to be positioned on the line I am riding!
Oh yes...that old chestnut is really pathetic. It happens far too often too!!
Grrrrrr!
I'd add, Bugs.....bugs that fly inside your helmet whilst you're riding and crawl over your face.
- god knows how these skilled little bastards get in (some completely unharmed!) whilst you're...
Hi all,
Just a heads-up that Aldi are selling a range of motorcycle clothing as their special buys from Sunday 8th March. A friend of mine bought their boots last year and said they were well worth...
That's awful- poor bloke and his family. . .
Any half decent person would be devastated at causing the death of another and go out of their way to make amends to the bereaved family.
- She's...
It's a bit further than 25 miles, but I love the A46 from the M4 to the Bath Easton bypass. Lovely twisties, great views, unfortunately a couple of speed cameras though ;)
You should be easy to spot then Republic! ;)
I've also had my hi viz on most mornings this week..been a bit foggy ain't it! 😃
I'll keep an eye out for you Bernie ;)
Hi guys and gals, on my daily journey to work from Chippenham to Melksham and back I encounter several friendly noddy bikers coming in the opposite direction. I'd love to know if any of those are WB...
Lol! That's ok Burbler.. Both of the bikes I've had to date haven't had Avon tyres....but then again I haven't had to replace any yet! ;)
Lol I'm not sure that's a required testing procedure. ..but maybe it should be :p
Avon's are the best...I should know...I work there in the technical department! ! Come on everybody...support a local business...buy Avon's ; )
Women wearing tight fitting leggings....acceptable!

Non nodders! Even if I'm having a bad day a simple nod to a fellow biker costs nothing..
FYI if I've ever nodded at you and you blanked me...chances are that I called you a C#@$! :p
Great News!! Well Done you Florentine!:)
Amazing pictures- you've really captured the speed on them! good stuff!
I just saw this on Facebook and as I'm a new biker thought it was pretty true
'Advice for new bikers- You start the game with a full pot of luck & a empty pot of experience... The object is to...
Sorry to hear that Florentine- the tests really suck if you suffer from nerves (which I also did).
Don't get down....you know you can do it...and next time....you'll av it!!
Sorry to hear that Florentine. The whole experience of the test is thoroughly unpleasant, and something I hope I'll never have to repeat- it's a nice ride ruined!
Nerves...that's all it was down...
Quite frankly any religous group who wanted their prawns dispatched any other way- are obviously very Shellfish people! :p
Is Mod2 today? - If so the very best of luck to you Florentine- just relax & enjoy the ride!
oh...& be prepared to have the grin surgically removed from your face when you pass- mine is still...
