All year - but I avoid snow and ice, two on the road and two sorned and in process of some changes
but there are days when there are advantages to living on a bus route

I'm an old bod riding a slightly altered Cagiva Raptor thou, a Superdream 250N or an Italjet dragster 180 in the far...
All my winter gloves have Thinsulate in 'em :) good stuff it is.
me winter walking boots and dog walking winter gloves have it as well
All year riding here too - bikes are all taxed and insured for year round
Have no car licence, so ice/snow I avoid by using the bus for work.
With a grandchild on the way I might need to...
