The reason it has a WX plate is because it was registered in bristol. It has nothing at all to do with its use.

It can only be ridden in daylight hours because it has no lights not because of a make believe daytime mot.

If it has lights or light switches they need to work and be complete. Often a tail light will illuminate the number plate so no additional light is needed.
