    250 miles on 16 litres of fuel is actually 71mpg, still very good economy though, if you used the 2.5 litre reserve as well (i'm not sure if you did), then its only 61mpg

    My FZS600 does 210 miles...

    I would recommend just using normal non waterproof gloves when it rains, you will get wet hands, and once you get home, you will dry them, and your gloves !
