all fixed now took fuel tank off and noticed clutch cable had trapped part of the wiring against top of engine causing damage to wiring a quick repair and all sorted thanks for all the advice

hello all I have something stange going on with the headlight on my 1991 Suzuki gsx750f as soon as I switch the ignition on the headlight main bulb comes on with the headlight switch in the off...

i like it just the right size to work as a willie bin cover ;D

tried ebay could not find one for the bike i need but decided to get the one ive got fixed as not to badly damaged

i used gunk green universal cleaner quit good did a good job :)

bearings now sorted radiator damaged on one side but not leaking slightly twisted due to accident found arrow radiators today so going to pop radiator in to them and see if fixable :) :) :)

ive not got the original bearings bike came in bits with bearings missing radiator place looks good thanks for advice :) :) :)

andy you may have somthing there i changed the wheels for er5 wheels and changed the cable drive for er5 but the clocks are still ai gpz im wondering if the clocks are worn and stiff causing stress...
