Hope you get sorted soon, main thing is you are OK, bikes & cars are just metal (honest!).

I grew up near Highworth and hung about on my AP50, believe me there isn't much else to do there of an evening if you're 16 or 17!! Are the kids on twist'n'gos interested in bikes or just waiting...
It's a good survey but can be a bit biased depending on how rose tinted a certain model's owners are. Still a whole lot less biased than the journos!! The Tuono I had was the one they originally...
Get well soon, sorry to hear of your off. As already said, bike is just a bike, getting yourself better is the priority!
Lots of bikes have a tip over sensor so cut the engine once horizontal. Should be able to start again once upright though. At least you & the youngster are OK, as said, the bike is just that.
What have you done to it? Hope you're not hurt.
Good luck with it!
Have a great and safe 2008 everyone! Let's hope we get a dryer summer! :)
As above Igbell, not having a pop at anyone, just airing a view! :)
Wahaay let's all have cheaper fuel, bollocks to the planet! Great. At some point we have to wake up to the real cost of global warming and IMHO the only way to reduce fuel usage is to price fix. Even...
KTM currently, but have had BMW, Aprilia, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Puch(!) & Yamaha. No brand loyalty as they all make good & bad. Mind you, some make lots of good and some make lots of bad! Aprilia...
Have a good'un, drink til you drop!
Agree with what you're saying re 'better a bollocking than death'. Plod will not be amused though! ;D
I've just heard that Ollie Bridewell died today at Mallory Park during a practice session. What a waste. Heartfelt condolences to his family, can't even imagine what they are going through. RIP...
There's an offer you shouldn't resist Dabz, go for it!
My Tuono cost more in tyres than petrol. Don't get a v twin if you want lots of miles from a back tyre...
It also revved to 11k redline so quite high, but had balancer shafts so no vibration at all...
Sound, grunt, especially exiting bends, looks & panache. Only ridden a triple once (150 Speed Triple) so can't really comment but I'm sure the triple owners can tell you more.
I'm now on a BMW...
Totally agree with what Graeme says. I've never more than hand tightened any canister type filter and never had one come undone.
You poor bugger, never having ridden a V twin!!!
Over the summer, blag some gos on other folks' bikes will be the best way.
Try these guys; http://www.mal.biz/
I've used them twice and found them good quality and very quick and cheap for what you get. Last one I got was a bendy small plate for my DR350, phoned them up...
How about a cheap laptop rucksack off Ebay as an interime measure? They have padded compartments for keeping it protected.
Cool trike, and good on yer for getting one after 35 years away Larry! I've always wanted a trike, one day maybe. Good luck with the MOT. It can't weigh 600kg surely? Nearer 400 at a guess. There we...
>:(Whats wrong with Wiltshire Radio???? >:( I listern to them all the time AND they have given WB lots of plugs in the past!
At least you didnt mention that crappy tin pot outfit named after...
