ICON Helmet Recall

Surely this should be a compulsory recall and not voluntary as no one would know if the stitching is strong enough until it would be too late

you can't force someone to return a product, common sense states you should return it but you can't enforce it.

It is compulsory.
If someone voluntarily returns their helmet, and it's found to be defective, Icon have to replace it.
