How hard do dealers make it for you to buy a bike!!!

Mmm... my H2 SX SE 2018 16k went in for a second service to Fowlers in June two months early 11.5k Ready for a big tour. You will make sure the tech does the second service? Oh yea! Nope it came out with a basic service. Leaving me to need shell out at the end of summer 3 months later at 15k for the ££££ service! (So i asked to chop the bike in) Any how rear wheel pin bearing seized the back wheel on my trip and its back for warranty work. Have rung three times to speak to ask for a price to chop it in for the 2020 H2 SX SE+. One call back said we would look at your bike for PX. No more calls back and i refuse to keep trying to buy a bike from them. New dealer at Newbury, said no probs heres a price for new and a demo less £400 as your tank has a deep scratch £400 less to make up the 7 hour service! I said great. Just bought a demo SX SE + 2020 Demo just like that!

The exact opposite of what you'd expect, at any time.
But with all the ongoing covid crap you'd have thought they'd be beating your door down.
How very odd, and very ****e of them.
