I was caught napping by a bloke with a hair dryer possibly in a van in Chippenham. 45 in a 30 limit! Oops!
Any ideas what I can expect to recieve as Ive had to send in a form and not been given an automatic fixed penality notice.

ouch, not good mate! If the zapper man signs up on the forums maybe we can convince him to give a smaller fine :P
Usually if it's 1.5 times or more the speed limit then it will be refered to court.

B4158 Malmesbury Road Southbound. Looking at the picture I THINK the van must of been parked on the window & conservatory show room site. I never saw a thing! You cant even see the brake lights on the car so I wasnt even slowing down for it. They quite often have vans parked on the site (I think its D.L.Windows?) so I didnt think twice about a van being there!Quote:
