You could be right Nooj. I think a similar law was in place in Egypt to prevent protestors taking to the streets. Difficult to see how it could be enforced – How do you arrest thousands of bikers, motorists and truck drivers who could claim that they were going about their daily business and got caught up in a convoy.Quote:
