Ugh!!
Let em go flaky and dry out then an appointment with a Mr Sheen soaked cloth.
Then you can use the same cloth to clean your visor & helmet.
Hi ya, dead flys are easy. Warm soapy water, lint free cloth, (not a duster leaves fluff). Wring the cloth out and wipe over the item. If you have some stubborn ones a smooth cream cleaner usually does the trick. Do not use a cleaner that feels gritty as it takes the finish of the leather. Then allow to dry naturally and go over the item with a leather food. The leather wipes you can buy for your furniture are really good!! There you go, I'm giving away my trade secrets now!!!;)
What leather food do you recommend Annie?
Stu
I always use RENAPUR. It is all natural and leaves the leather feeling and looking lovely. It is a case of a little goes a long way, don't slap it on. Do the first feed and leave for 24hrs. If it takes the food in within 4 hrs it needs a second one, and so on. Normally, unless the item is really dried out, feed it and it takes up to 24 hrs to soak in properly. There is a link on my website to them. Order via their site no A/C needed just pay at check out. They do a fab leather cleaner as well,............. that gets the flys off.
Renapur is good stuff, used it for years :)
