The trick is Nooj - go to Iraq/Afghanistan in the summer and spend the day wearing body armour and carrying a gun and a load of ammo.
Then when you get back and go to France/Spain in the summer the temperature feels just pleasant
That's OK, think I'll sit by the pool instead :-p
