Mr Twatly VFR m4 this morning

Twatly was riding in the outside lane no problem, stayed behind for a while on the M4 but wanted to pass as he was slow and not filtering circa 3 miles. Waived as I passed only to have twatly fire from the inside lane to the outside cutting accross my front wheel to get passed. Wobbling He just missed the back of the car in front . He was clearly then very nervous filtering at the speed I had been going at and looked so unstable in front of me again! Why!!!!! Put yourself at risk mate not me twatly !!!
