XMAS MEAL. This year’s Xmas meal will be at the Harp & Crown on 8th January to coincide with the ride-out that month. There will be a sit-down meal at 2pm. Choice will be of Turkey, Beef or Pork with Xmas Pudding or Trifle. Cost will be £10 per head to be paid to the H&C by Christmas Eve.

**Rosie asked how the menu would be chosen. Stacy stated that when the money is paid the order choice would be made then.**

SUMMER EVENT. Everyone was congratulated on the success of the 2011 summer event. Kev added that he was planning to do something along the same lines for 2012. Any ideas from members would be welcomed.

NEW YEARS EVE. Plans are currently in the pipeline.

EASTER EVENT.  Plans are to be similar to the 2011 event, a possible ride-out to Shaftsbury Court in Trowbridge. However, some members thought it may be a good idea to look into another home or charity.

CASTLE COMBE BIKE SAFE DAY AND CALNE BIKE SHOW. Management intend to have a presence at both of these events again next year.

**James added that these are both long days that can start in the early mornings and asked for volunteers to help man the stall. Adding that he was intending to hold competitions etc and may need some help with the events on the day.**

TRIPS/HOLIDAYS. The official weekend away in Cornwall was a great success again. Kev asked the members present if WB would like to keep a similar time of year for the 2012 break and if a different location would be of interest.

**Gerry suggested that Lynmouth/Lynton could be considered. Charley X suggested that Shropshire could be considered. VMix suggested that another time may be an option. Roxy pointed out that 23rd June would be taken for the Wales Weekender.

Kev also pointed out that there have been many other successful weekends during 2011 and encouraged members to carry on organising other events.  At present the plan for the Cornwall trip is 2nd week in July. Numbers will be limited to 30 members due to the logistics of the planning.

**Gerry suggested that split ride-outs could be considered.

OFFICIAL RIDE-OUTS. Rosie was welcomed as ride-out coordinator with Hunar. Kev asked the members present if the 2nd Sunday of the month was still thought of as a good idea with the members. All seemed to be in agreement. The team are currently planning rideouts for the next 12 month period so that everyone will know in advance where the ride out will be heading.

FINANCE. The subject of Donations was raised by James and Kev. Donations will be increasingly important in 2012 as WB has moved to a new server. WB have also bought new equipment for the benefit of WB members and to help with fund-raising.  James added that he expects funds to run out in 2012. Scratch cards have been forwarded as an idea to sell on Bike Nights and events. The price will be £1 per card to win £15. James added that at present all the WB tents, flags, marquees and other equipment is currently be stored in a garage which has a related cost of £15 per month.

**Sue Barnes offered to organise the sale of scratch cards or look into a “100 Club” type scheme. Scotty and Ken suggested a subscription for WB membership as donations are made by the same people that turn up to events and bike nights. James stated that, as he has stated before, he has no intention of making WB a subscription service. Suggestions were welcomed from the members.

COMPETITION WINNER.  Runners up to the Knee-Down Competition were announced as Nelly & Beemer . Overall winner of the completion was Ride Sally Ride. Trophy was presented and Gerry he was thanked for making the competition such great fun. Hopefully there will be another in 2012.

AOB.  **Scottie raised the subject of contentious posts and issues over banning members. James stated that Moderators would only act if a thread or statement becomes offensive.

**Judy suggested that a collection was made at the AGM in order to raise some funds. Chris (daytonadog) volunteered to collect and a total of £106 was raised.

**Gerry asked that members encouraged Jacde on her cycle ride across Kenya to raise money for charity. He added that he would get regular updates from Jackie which he would post on the forum.

**Chris (DaytonaDog) added that he was looking for sponsors for his Movember growing for prostate Charities.
