Hi All,

Just found the site whilst looking for bike clubs in the area and thought I'd introduce myself.

Been riding for over twenty years and am currently riding an Aprilia Falco. Lots of Japanese 4's before that so the big twin is a very different experience! One that my knees are thanking me for as well ;)

Will be trying to join some of you on 7th May and will definitely be out for the next big ride out.

Looking forward to meeting some of you in the not too distant.

Cheers all,

Jeff

Welcome to the site Jeff. Hopefully see you on a rideout soon, but as I'm a foreigner (I'm from Berkshire ;)) it's a bit harder for me to pop down to the local rideouts.

You need to use the following code [ img]URL link to the picture[ /img].

Remove the space from the square brackets and you should have a picture in your post. To make sure you get the picture in a normal viewing pane set the size to 800x600.

thats if you have a picture hosting site ( photobucket, imageshack etc)

if you are just uploading a pic from your pc, when you reply or post a message......you'll notice under the text box the word 'Attach' with a box and a button that says Browse next to it.

Simply click on the Browse button, explore your pc for whatever picture you want. select it and click open or simply double click the picture. The Attach bar will populate with an address to your pic

click post........job done

Anybody now what this means when I try and post a piccie? The pic is only 29Kb...

'Preview -

This attachment causes the attachments directory to exceed it's maximum capacity by approximately 18 kilobytes and cannot be uploaded.'

Ta,

Jeff

it means that the file is slight too big, there's a limit on attachments to prevent pages taking ages to load for people on slower connections. best bet is to resize the imagine down a bit :)
