Likewise, mind you...I fancy staying on this planet for a while longer yet and buying a monster of a machine a week after getting the thumbs up from the DSA might not be the best way of doing that...! Next year...cash depending! :D

i pay £1200 a year to insure mine! a 10r would have been £3500!! stupid insurance companies!! >:(

My GS500 costs £170 a year!!! ;D Being a new rider (2 months) I though it would cost more than that even tho bike not powerful. Still, I suppose I'm getting on a bit :( - that helps!! ;)

at first mine was £668 to insure my er-5 when i was 18... im now 21 and my hornet is insured for £270 8-)

my zxr400 only cost me £160 in the 2nd year.
It's like the insurance companies are certian i'm gunna crash! I've got the IAM pack now so soon i'll be contacting them and becoming an advanced rider. Then fingers crossed next years insurance wont be so bad
