Well i did it . :o :o i ran 10 miles on sunday in the great south run at portsmouth
MY time was 1.34.40 and i came in 6061 out of 18000 runners,
This was for first time i've ever ran 10 miles.. Raised over £300 for marie Curie ;D ;D
Will i do it again ::) Yes what a buzz ( not the same as riding my gixer) but great the same

Good for you John Boy! :) and a well deserving charity, that too many of us may need to call upon.....

Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something and that this thing must be attained." Marie Curie

If I'm still in the area I'll do it

I was going to do the London Biathlon this year, but because of (1) ankle and back injuries, and (2) can't be arsed, i decided not to
