Need my helmet painted ;)

Found 2 places , one in Fife, Scotland www.bikepaints.co.uk and the other in Marbury, Whitchurch www.ultimate-airbrush.co.uk

One wants £1000-£1500 for my design, the other I've yet to hear from (hope to buggery it's cheaper that THAT :o)

2 things.......

Is there anywhere closer to Bristol?
Is that about the right price as it will incorporate pinups (the female form is more expensive apparently ::))? Any experiences?

Ta muchly esteemed listener.....

I've found this place on the web based in Salisbury. Might be worth a phone call?

or this place in Wells

Hope this helps

Cheers

I dont know of any that i can think of, but it might be worth checking out the small ads in BSH (Back Street Heroes) or Streetfighters. If custom painters are going to advertise anywhere it will be in one or the other of these mags! Spose a Google search is too obvious?

Yip ;)
That's where I came up with the first two....... bleedin' miles away..... ::)

Thanks for all those links chaps..... spot on :)

Emailed them all with what I want so I'm just waiting for the frantic calculator-tapping @ their end to finish and see what they come up with.

Cheers again!

Best bet is to go to a custom show or somewhere you are likely to see custom paintwork and have a look around to see style and quality of work. Any one with a custom job on their bike/car usually has details of who did what work displayed or are more than willing to pass on the details of their 'good guys'.
