Mine lasted eight years and over 70k, but the soles had to be glued together, and were completely devoid of tread a the end...

Apparently it's on red letter days at half price - £60 rather than £120 so if you fancy it, give it a try! I can't wait. It's almost as good a present as when I went scuba diving with sharks for my 21st!
