hi guys

short story i own a house with my ex, the house is on market but no intrest.

i have made a effort to buy her out but she refused it.

its coming up 2 years since the relationship broke down.


does anyone know of any legal loophole that can force the sale etc etc i will not sell the house for less than 150k. mainly because i want to keep the property.

i have been in conversation with her, there has been a change of circumstances.

we have accepted a offer on the property


hopefully the sale will go without a hitch, and my ex behaves herself and doesnt become a money grabbing selfish...........yeah u get my point ;D
