Us boys went on the ferry to the Isle of Wight for a day trip run around the Island.

Thought you might like the idea for a run in 2010.

We caught the 10am ferry at Southampton - £26 return.

Five hours on the island and back again at 4pm

Sounds like a good idea to me. The roads / scenery look rather tempting and seeing the ol' RDs brought back some memories, I had a RD 250 torque induction back in the early 80s. Some great shots too, my compliments to the cameraman. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I'll be taking similar shots on the White Horse run.

The black and white 400 will be on the run as well

Looked to be a great day out, BCMCC have talked about the IOW too. Definatly a thought for 2010 [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Looks a mighty fine day out Why not make a weekend of it & stay on a campsite over night. Somthing to talk about on Sunday [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I'd definitely be up for this. We went to IOW with a group from Mermaid Bikers in May and I absolutely loved it. The roads are lovely and the IOW is enchanting.

IOW sounds great but when good weather will soon be gone, mind it would make a good winter run.

went there this year for the weekend , really enjoyed the island and its coasts roads.
