I'm doing a 10k run! Sponsor me?

6 months ago a guy from work challenged me (and him) to train for, and run, a 10k. At the time neither of us could run more than 10 minutes without collapsing so it's been a BIG challenge!

Anyway, the date is looming and we left it until today to sign up so we had plenty of time to wimp out! We'd love to raise a lot of money for Cancer Research UK through this - 1 in 3 of us will get cancer in our lifetime so I feel really strongly about this charity!

I think the same thing every time I get home from work only to go straight back out the door to run round Trowbridge for an hour :( The Bath Half Marathon is in March..that's even more mad!

Huge thanks to everyone who sponsored me, we raised over £260 between me and my mate! Well above our £100 target! Did the run this morning...the hills at longleat are crazy-steep lol! Did the 10k in an hour and 5 mins which is a good time for me!
