I was digging out a trench today for foundations for an extention when I shattered an old bottle and to my astonishment, a Genie popped out. She said, "Hi Ken I'm the Biking Genie it's your lucky day. You can choose 3 new bikes and I will grant you your wish."

I chose the following:
1 A Fireblade for short bursts round the twisties in the Welsh valleys.
2 My current Fazer 1000 because it does it all and in comfort.
3 Triumph Rocket because it's so imposing. Must be like riding an engine on wheels and what a poser's tool.
Would love an off roader but the wrists and back aint what they used to be. :'(

If you meet the Biking Genie and she offers you the same wish, what 3 bikes would you ask for and why?

Norton F1 Rotary in JPS livery - What an engine.
RG500 Gamma - the ultimate Race Replica
Brough Superior - Lawrence of Arabia!

Triple, cos my v-twin's so much fun I can only imagine what a smile a triple would put on my face.

Intruder, cos they're so bloody gorgeous.

An off roader, cos again, looks like fun.

2. MZ 250 Trophy - Communist tat at it's best
3. FN 500cc Four Circa 1910 - To scratch a serious classic itch.

Ye can't argue with your choice of machines especially The Suzuki but not very practical Mark.

Who said anything about practical Ken? If I was going to be practical I'd get a YBR125 with a top box... :)

a pal of mine has a YBr 250 and goes miles on it as his everyday bike - say's it does everything it says on the tin [smiley=thumbsup.gif] (he's also got a couple of other larger engined toys too!)

are we allowed to keep the bikes we already own? :D :D :D :D

If so,

A new R1 - love the sound it makes!
Rocket III - cos it's just HUGE and MASSIVE and BIG and I want one!
Rossi's m1 race bike - well he don't need it any more, and a nice track bike would be good!

If not

I'll have my FJ1200 back please, cos it's an awesome machine (when it works),
I'll have my GSX750w back as well, as it was a gift from my brother,
and I'll go for the new R1 as I wouldn't mind a sports bike, and thats my favorite (and it means I might even be able to keep up with Kirsty!)

Gotta agree with you on the Rocket Hunar - Don't think there is another bike out there that looks so awesome
