S1000RR beats M3 in the wet!

The wet would have been much much more of a dis-advantage to the M3 than the S1000, the car was drifting all over the place on that video and if he wanted any chance to catch the bike he would have to have the electronics off. In the straight the bike would blitz it and the traction control on the bike would allow huge fists full of power to be put on right where you wanted it.

Would actually think the car would beat the bike in the dry.

I'd have thought the M3 would be virtually impossible to control in the wet with the electronics switched off and I'm surprised that the bike was quicker in the wet, but in the dry - he'd have caught the car so much quicker.
I see some of the usual MCN forum neanderthals posted their predictable responses.... ::)
