I live in trowbridge and I am hoping to get my midnight star 950 wheels chromed. Does anyone know of any good places where I could get this done?
Cheers Daryel

I live in Trowbridge. If you go up to Stevens bike shop long Canal Road (by Lidl) they have a book of local companies they deal with re chroming, upholstering, etc..

Wasn't there a thread about this a little while ago? Quite a few people were interested, but there were minimum charges which put people with small parts off.

You could see if anyone else wants anything done and go in together, you might get a slightly better deal that way.

I think they do all the prep-work for you?

Need a few bits chroming myself but as Loops said there is a minimum fee for small bits & pieces...

I have used S&T before they were very professional but they charged me £75 plus vat for a kick start pedal and the fixing bolt a few months back :o

They are NOT cheap, but you know the quality is there.
