And the bike had blown over in the strong winds! :'(
About £200 of damage.
Got the spares, has anyone got any bright ideas for getting heated grips off?
Cheers,
Stu

Switch them on. Full power.

They go softer and will often twist off easily.

If not get a thin long flat blade screwdriver and put between the grip and twist/bar and keep turning the driver, it'll work it's way around breaking the seal/glue that holds it and then you'll be able to pull them off

Do you mean getting the heated grip off the bar, or off the twist grip?

I never bother taking heated grips off the throttle tube as it tends to knacker both in a lot of cases. I just replace the throttle tube.

Off the bar it's a case of getting them warm, using thin screwdriver to break the seal with the glue, then squirting some GT85 in if they're still sticky.

Old one (in pic 2) was a little worse for wear after the fall! New mirrors too, same fate as bar :'(
