16 years old... Yamaha Aerox scooter... Max Biaggi replica, with a Pollini 70cc kit, take off the mirrors and chuck 'em in the bin, fit an after market race exhaust, uprate the drive train with uprated springs, insure it as standard, race it around the town centre endlessly from 4pm 'till 11pm, and wonder why the police hassle you. :o

sorry 'bout that last post.. when you've been in an accident with one of these 16 year old scooter boys, you realise that most of 'em are riding illegally, but nothing is done about it.
It's not rocket science to realise that the law states that a 16 year old cannot ride a motorcycle capable of speeds in excess of 30mph, , they all ride highly modified "peds",most easily capable of speeds in excess of 70 mph, I wouldn't mind betting that most of them have insured them as "standard" meaning their insurance isn't valid
