First ride of the year

Having finally got the CBR going I've just had my first ride of 2012 - some of you may have seen me pottering along and gingerly making my way round the corners ;D

Amazing how it all comes back to you - bit like riding a bike (!) 8-)

That would be my other bike! He's not quite ready yet, but I have now given the engine to someone to get the lower casing apart, and may well get him to look it over and order the bits I need too. Then I have a week off next week when I'm hoping to get him back together :D

Gotta say, after a ride yesterday, and the ride to and from work today....some of my muscles have forgotten how to ride. Ouch! :o

It is indeed good to get out more now the weather is improving.... I like winter riding, but with 5 acres of chrome to clean I find myself staying in if it looks wet and filthy out...

Kind of makes me wish I lived in California..!
